1) meludrion-music, i.e. "the vendor", holds the rights of exclusive sale for the sheetmusic within the "meludrion virtual delivery service". The copyrights of this sheetmusic are held and protected by the meludrion™ Musikverlag Muenchen or the respective owner.

2) In no case Vendor can make available for purchase any music whose copyrights are currently exclusively held by others.

3) Customer agrees not to violate any copyrights that Vendor has on all distributed PDF documents (music and texts). All duplication, reproduction, sale and advertising of the aforementioned documents is strictly forbidden without prior consent from meludrion™ Musikverlag Muenchen.

YOU MAY:

(a) make one copy of the PDF- files solely for back-up purposes.

(b) print one example for your personal purposes.

YOU MAY NOT:

(a) distribute copies of the PDF- files in whole or in part except as expressly provided for in this agreement.

(b) make alterations or modifications to the PDF- files or any copy, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the PDF-files.

(c) sub-license, lease, lend, rent or grant others any rights, or provide copies to others.

Your license to use our PDF- files will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If this license is terminated you agree to destroy all copies of the PDF- files together with all copies in any form.

This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and shall inure to the benefit of meludrion™ Musikverlag Muenchen, its successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.
